A whimsical rustic wedding at Silo & Oak.

A little rain could not stop the excitement of this wedding day! It was a little surprising that it rained on us at all, as the weather forecast seemed to be cloudy but clear pretty much all day. However when I arrived, it was finishing up its first round of sprinkles. Stopped just in time to start the ceremony, and only started raining again at the end of our first round of photo time.

But let me tell ya, Nick nor Taylor were worried about it for a minute. Wind, rain, humidity, none of it diminished the joy of them getting to marry their best friend that day. And they truly are best friends. I had the pleasure of meeting them for their engagement session (which you can also check out HERE) and they were having so much fun together. These two have the ability to laugh to tears and then snap into the most loving tender moment together. The range of comfortability they have with each other in their relationship is honestly inspiring. Getting to see this level of love and care on a wedding day... knowing I'm documenting the very first day of this new chapter in their lives... It's an honor every single time I click my shutter.

Cheers, to Taylor and Nick!

May the love of your "I Do's" carry you through many years.
