Anna and Jeremy’s wedding in Georgetown, Texas, was a celebration wrapped in Texas charm and wildflower whimsy. The theme of Texas wildflowers came to life in every detail, from the blooms in the bouquet to the pops of color scattered throughout the reception and ceremony decor.
Anna and Jeremy are two of the sweetest, most laid back, fun loving couples I think I have yet to meet. Their focus on their wedding day were the candid moments with family and friends. Jeremy has his brother stand with him at the altar, and Anna had her longtime bestie stand beside her. It was all about the celebration, so portrait time was minimal (but impactful) on their wedding day.
Anna absolutely wowed the crowd in her lace wedding gown that fit like a glove. Her braided up-do, adorned with delicate sprigs of baby's breath, was both elegant and earthy. She wore pearl jewelry and the most perfect white cowgirl boots embroidered with yellow flowers and green leaves—adding to the wildflower theme effortlessly.
Jeremy looked sharp in a navy blue suit, paired with brown cowboy boots and a matching brown tie. Together, they were the perfect blend of timeless and Texan.
Their ceremony took place in front of a raw wood altar frame, with vintage rugs of all colors lining the aisle—which was honestly the first time I have seen this at a wedding and I immediately fell in love with it. A forest green vintage farm truck served as the perfect backdrop for guests to take photos and added to the rustic charm of the day.
The reception was filled with unforgettable moments. Anna’s father serenaded guests with a couple of songs on his guitar, including songs that combined Anna and Jeremy's Boston and Austin roots. The groom’s grandmother gave a moving speech that brought tears to nearly every eye in the room, a moment that will be remembered for years to come.
As the night went on, the party lit up under the glow of a giant disco ball. With their family and friends surrounding them, Anna and Jeremy danced the night away—celebrating not just their love, but the beginning of a beautiful new chapter together.
