A Wildflower Country wedding.
Nestled in the heart of the Texas Hill Country, Stephanie and Robert’s spring wedding at Wildflower Country Inn in San Marcos was the perfect blend of heartfelt charm and whimsical beauty. With luscious greenery and golden light peeking through the trees, their special day felt like something out of a storybook.
The couple chose a soft and elegant sage and gold color palette that echoed the fresh energy of spring and complemented the rustic charm of the venue beautifully. Every detail was thoughtfully curated — from Stephanie wearing some of her sister's wedding jewelry, to the custom wooden bicycle cake topper. Stephanie also wore a custom wedding dress made by her uncles — a detail that not only highlighted her close-knit family ties but also made her bridal look incredibly meaningful and unique. The gown had an organza floral pattern with silver beading and pearl accents.
One of the most delightful surprises of the day came during the wedding party portraits. Wildflower Country Inn is home to a variety of farm animals, including a lively crew of free-range chickens. One particularly photogenic hen named Sweet Pea decided to crash the photos — and she completely stole the show! Making her an honorary bridesmaid, of course. Haha.
But beyond the picturesque setting and fun farmyard moments, what stood out most was Stephanie and Robert themselves. These two are truly something special — the kind of people who light up a room with their warmth and kindness. They’re passionate about standing up for others, traveling the world with open hearts, and regularly going out of their way to help those around them. Their wedding felt like an extension of that same energy: open, welcoming, and deeply rooted in love and connection.
Stephanie and Robert’s wedding wasn’t just a celebration of their love — it was a reflection of the lives they’ve touched, the joy they bring to others, and the beautiful life they’re building together. It was a day we’ll never forget.
