A secret garden engagement
Have you ever spent two straight hours just joking and laughing with your buds? That's basically how this session felt, but we also took great photos between the laughs. Haha. Within minutes it felt like we had known each other for years, and once we got the ball rolling they seemed like naturals in front of the camera. It was genuinely hard to pic my favorites from this session. There were all so good!
When Tanner and Lainey told me they wanted to do an engagement session at Jennifer's Gardens while they were in town, I was stoked! This location is one of my favorites, and what makes it even more special is that I don't get the chance to photograph here very often. It's like a special treat for me about once a year. Austin, TX has many of these hidden gems around, but this specific location fills that part of my heart that loved the movie "Secret Garden" as a child. Equipped with an Italian style villa, eight foot hedges, abundant trees, a clawfoot tub, and eclectic decor, there is something new around every corner.
